Sadie Amara Calvano is an actress from America who has garnered fame as the character Violet Plunkett in the CBS sitcom "Mom". Calvano is from California and initially was intrigued by competitive gymnastics. Then, she made the decision to follow a career of acting. On CBS's show "NCIS" her debut came in the year 2010. The actress made her debut on the big screen a year after with the biographical film "J Edgar". In the past, she's established herself as one of the most promising actors in the industry. In 2011, she won a nomination for the Young Artist Award, Best Performance by a Young Actress in a Television Series due to her performance in the show "NCIS". The year 2013 saw Calvano named a second time for the Young Artist Award. This time, for her appearance on the Disney XD show 'Kickin It'. Calvano was an integral part of the cast of the show's the first three seasons. She also made several appearances in Season 4.
